I'm having a strange problem:
On my development machine Windows 7 / IIS 7 if I use the following url http://domain/Вакансии IIS gives me the following 404 on the Query_String: 404;http://domain/Вакансии.
On the live server Windows 2008 R2 / IIS 7 with the same code, same web.config, same settings in in IIS I use the following url http://domain/Вакансии IIS gives me the following 404 on the Query_String: 404;http://domain/??????.
I can seem to figure out why this is. All other unicode charaters are displayed correctly in the url, on the site and in the query_string. Only non existing pages on the server the query string isn't unicode
