Extensions failed to uninstall

I'm having some issues with a couple of extensions that I have installed but now need/want to uninstall...

Here's the error I get and it comes up everytime I start WebMatrix2:

"The "Node Power Tools" extension failed to uninstall, please shut down all instances of WebMatrix and any access to the extensions folder and restart WebMatrix"

I also get the same message for the TypeScript extension after removing it.  I've done all of the suggestions without a solution.
