Production Site Down - Hoping for some friendly help quick !

We started having an issue with our dotnetnuke site this morning, when you browse to the site the browser just sits and spins indefinitely, never giving an error and never loading.  I logged into my server and the CPU was maxed by the IIS process, so after further digging, requests are coming into the server for that site but they aren't being handled or are stuck it appears.  I checked the WORKER PROCESSES feature and it shows all the requests coming in but their elapsed time just keeps increasing, they never go away.  Requests are coming in for all different pages and they all get stuck, so it doesn't appear to be one particular page (unless it's the default page) causing an issue.  There are several other sites on the server, all of them are working fine (just a bit slow because the CPU is under full load), they were all on the same defaultapppool so i tried recycling it, no difference.  I tried creating a different apppool and putting the problem site by itself there, no difference.  I've tried rebooting the server, i've tried increasing the number of worker processes for the apppool, i've tried everything i can find/think of and still can't get the site to function again.  I've ran some debuggers trying to pick through the logs and can't find anything that sticks out to me, though most of it is greek to me anyways.  Any suggestions would be GREATLY appreciated.
