IIS 8 support, client certificates and 403.16

I'm trying to file a support ticket regarding 403.16 on IIS 8. I'm puzzled by the available options. I was wondering if anybody can point me to the right direction. Here is what I'm trying to do ...

I start here:

http://support.microsoft.com/get-support/more/

When I go to:

  1. Servers
  2. Windows Server
  3. Windows Server 2012 Standard (All Languages)

I'm taken to a screen where I'm having hard time to decide what to pick. The most likely options are:

Problem type:

  •     Windows Security Technologies

Category:

  •     Secure channel issues OR
  •     Certificates and public key infrastructure (PKI)

In either case, I'm offered what seems to be called "Advanced Support" ($259).

However, if I go back to the beginning, and pick:

  1. Servers
  2. More Servers ...
  3. All Servers
  4. Microsoft Internet Information Services 8.0 (All Languages)

I'm presented with a different screen which looks like a free support. The odd thing is that the conditions don't look very different from the previous option (Response time: 4 to 8 hours, Available: Monday - Friday 6:00 A.M. - 6:00 P.M.).

I don't know what the best option is. We have been trying to resolve the client certificate issue for some time now. It has just been given a higher priority, and so we would appreciate as timely support as possible.
