Just installed (msi install), PHP 5.3.16 VC9 on a Windows 2003 Server, and getting a SERVICE UNAVAILABLE when trying to run the PHP test. I did everything possible to trouble-shoot the installation.
I will appreciate any pointers to achieve a successful installation.
